Returns and cancellations

BlackWolf 3D Printing does not accept returns for a change of mind or voluntary order cancellations. These conditions also apply to custom and personalized products, subject to the exceptions below and any rights required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

If your product arrives damaged, is defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us at blackwolfengineering@gmail.com so we can review the problem. These exceptions also apply to custom and personalized products.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We may request a video when needed to show or evaluate a defect. If packaging photos are unavailable, let us know; this does not automatically disqualify your claim or limit your legal rights.

Return instructions and shipping costs

Please contact us before sending a product back so we can coordinate the return and provide the correct instructions. BlackWolf 3D Printing will cover return shipping when we confirm that the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

For an approved return, we will issue the refund within 2 business days after receiving and reviewing the returned product. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account; the date it appears depends on their processing time.

Your legal rights and unshipped orders

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies required by applicable law. Our no-cancellation condition does not apply to cancellation or refund rights arising from shipping delays or unshipped orders under applicable law, including the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. Where required, we will notify you of a shipping delay and provide the option to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. Refunds for orders that have not shipped do not require you to return a product you have not received.
